Ram Power was a private company founded in 2008 by a highly experienced geothermal project development and management team. In October 2009, Ram Power combined with three publicly traded Canadian geothermal power companies to take advantage of the economies of scale in project development.  As a newly formed public company, the first financial report is expected to be filed on or about March 31st, 2010.
