Shuman Moore, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Moore is a seasoned renewable energy executive who comes to Ram Power from Oski Energy LLC (“Oski”) a geothermal independent power producer (“IPP”). As Chief Executive Officer at Oski, he was instrumental in building the company from the ground up into a successful development and IPP company, with 11 projects in four states and one operating plant, all within 18 months. Mr. Moore brings more than 30 years of domestic and international energy sector experience in the geothermal, ethanol, biomass, coal, oil, and gas industries, and has participated in the development of projects ranging from 10-800 MW in size. Mr. Moore held previous positions as Chief Executive Officer for High Desert GeoCulture, and Western Biofuels Development before joining Oski Energy, and was a senior executive in an international capacity at Constellation Power Inc. as Vice President, Business Performance, Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. Moore is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Maryland.

Gordon Alter, Vice President and General Counsel
Prior to joining Ram Power, Gordon was a Managing Director at Abatis Capital, managing the legal aspects of the acquisition, financing and development of energy investments. Previously, he was responsible for originating, financing, structuring and executing energy and infrastructure transactions at AllCapital, Allco Renewable Energy Group Limited and Allco Finance Corporation. Gordon was a partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius where he advised on the acquisition and financing of energy, transportation and infrastructure assets. Gordon holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from NYU School of Law.

Michael Long, PE, Vice President Engineering and Construction
Mike brings 18 plus years of experience in project management and mechanical engineering for utility and geothermal projects to his role at Ram Power. His project experience includes Operations Manager for Western GeoPower, Inc. and project director for POWER Engineers, Inc’s worldwide geothermal plant design and construction activities. His education includes an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado and a BS in Mineral/Environmental Engineering. He is a registered PE in CA, ID and CO.

Selby "Bud" Little , Acting Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Little was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CLP Resources, Inc., a staffing company focused on construction and energy producing companies, and Chief Financial Officer of the Skilled Trades Group of CLP’s parent company TrueBlue, Inc., a multinational blue collar staffing company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. While at CLP and TrueBlue, Mr. Little completed four acquisitions and divestitures valued at $130 million, and developed and implemented Sarbanes-Oxley compliant financial and operational systems and controls. Mr. Little was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HydroChem Industrial Services, Inc. from 1996 to 2000, which provides industrial services to the petrochemical, pulp and paper, metals and electric power industries. While at HydroChem, Mr. Little raised $180 million in public and private capital, completed two acquisitions valued at $70 million, oversaw the design and construction of a 130,000 square foot, 20 acre laboratory, manufacturing and headquarters facility, and developed and implemented multinational financial and operational systems and controls. Earlier in his career, Mr. Little was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ross Systems, Inc. and Unify Corporation.
