Antony Mitchell, Executive Chairman

In 1993, Antony Mitchell co-founded Singer Financial (Singer), a specialty finance company that focused on purchasing specialty receivables. In 1997, Enhance Financial Services (S&P AAA rated Insurance Company listed on NYSE) purchased Singer. Antony Mitchell served as Senior Vice President of Enhance Financial Services and sat on the board of Directors. During his tenure, Singer purchased over $300 million of receivables, and Antony Mitchell was a key member of the team that was the first to securitize assets in these asset classes. In February 2001, Antony Mitchell joined Peachtree Settlement Funding as Chief Operating Officer and President of Peachtree Life Settlement Corporation. His responsibilities included overseeing Life Settlement originations and Structured originations. In March 2006, Antony Mitchell was a member of the road show team that took Peachtree public on the AIM exchange in London. He also held a seat on the board as an Executive Director. Peachtree was subsequently acquired by DLJ Merchant Banking and Credit Suisse in November 2006. Antony Mitchell maintained his role as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director in the new entity until January 2007.

Walter M. Higgins III, Director

Walt Served as Chairman and CEO of Sierra Pacific Resources, now NV Energy, the electric and gas utility for most of Nevada and the Lake Tahoe region of California. He is on the board of AEGIS, a mutual insurance company, the executive advisory board of Landis+GYR LLC; trustee of the Foundation of Saint Marys Hospital of Reno, NV, and Sierra Nevada College Foundation; director, South Jersey Energy Company; Executive Committee, South Jersey Energy Solutions, LLC; Marina Energy, LLC, South Jersey Energy Service Plus, LLC and South Jersey Resources Group, LLC.

A. Murray Sinclair, Director

A. Murray Sinclair, Co-Chair of Quest Capital Corp. since January 1, 2008. Previously Managing Director of Quest Capital Corp. from 2003 to December 31, 2007. Directorship(s) held in other companies include Breakwater Resources Ltd., Buffalo Resources Corp. (formerly Choice Resources Corp.), Gabriel Resources Ltd., GTO Resources Inc., Lucara Diamond Corp. (formerly Bannockburn Resources Ltd.), Phoenix Coal Inc. (formerly Marimba, Capital Corp.) Premier Gold Mines Limited, Sprott Resources Corp. (formerly General Minerals Corporation).

Daryl S. Clark, Director

Daryl is Vice President, CFO and member of the board of South Asia Energy Management Systems. A California corporation involved in the development, ownership and operation of renewable energy projects in international markets. He serves on the Board of Canadian Phoenix Resources Corp, a publicly-traded oil and gas exploration, production company in Canada. He was Vice President and CFO for Peachtree Settlement Funding a specialty factoring firm, where he was instrumental in leading it through revenues growth from $20M to $180M annually. He also was CFO for META Security Group a start-up consulting firm in Internet and Network Security. Daryl has held key leadership positions with DirecTV and Sensormatic Electronics. He has an MBA from the University of Miami and a BSChemE from the University of Florida.

Mario Arana, PhD, Director

Until January of 2007, Mario Arana was the president of the Central Bank of Nicaragua. He was the minister of finance from 2005 until 2006, and from 2002 until 2004, he was the minister of economic development, industry and trade, where he successfully led the negotiations of the free trade agreement between the United States and Central America. Dr. Arana has been a leading figure of the process of regional integration in Central America and has coordinated the Presidential Commission on Competitiveness. He has been a governor for Nicaragua at the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. As a minister of the technical secretary of the presidency, he coordinated the formulation and implementation of the Nicaraguan Poverty Reduction Strategy and Public Investment Planning. He has published research on macroeconomic and adjustment policies, external debt, poverty and public expenditures on social programs. He earned a PhD in economics from the University of Texas at Austin

Erik Friedman, Director

Erik Friedman is currently CEO of Greenwich Finance Group, LLC (GFG) an alternative asset management company focused on specialty finance assets. Mr. Friedman has covered Financial Institutions for the past 18 years. Mr. Friedman has significant experience in alternative financial services, consumer finance, commercial finance, and asset management. Previously, Mr. Friedman was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Friedman was a Senior Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group in Investment Banking at Bear Stearns, where he worked for approximately a decade. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Friedman held various Investment Banking positions within the Financial Institutions Groups at Schroders, Wasserstein Perella and Salomon Brothers. Mr. Friedman received a BBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration. He currently resides in Greenwich, CT with his wife and two children.

Jim Lawless, Director

Mr. Lawless brings 30 years of experience in geology and the geothermal industry to the Company’s Board, including serving as Geothermal Resources Practice Leader for Sinclair Knight Merz Pty Ltd. (“SKM”), a leading global consulting firm in the geothermal industry. He earned a Master of Science from the University of Waikato in geology and volcanology related to geothermal exploration, resource evaluation and development. In addition, Mr. Lawless has extensive experience with the Company’s San Jacinto-Tizate power project in Nicaragua. As Geothermal Resources Practice Leader at SKM, Mr. Lawless was responsible for the technical direction and quality on all of SKM’s geothermal resource projects, including overseeing the successful drilling of wells capable of producing 56MW net at San Jacinto-Tizate.

Shuman Moore, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Moore is a seasoned renewable energy executive who comes to Ram Power from Oski Energy LLC (“Oski”) a geothermal independent power producer (“IPP”). As Chief Executive Officer at Oski, he was instrumental in building the company from the ground up into a successful development and IPP company, with 11 projects in four states and one operating plant, all within 18 months. Mr. Moore brings more than 30 years of domestic and international energy sector experience in the geothermal, ethanol, biomass, coal, oil, and gas industries, and has participated in the development of projects ranging from 10-800 MW in size. Mr. Moore held previous positions as Chief Executive Officer for High Desert GeoCulture, and Western Biofuels Development before joining Oski Energy, and was a senior executive in an international capacity at Constellation Power Inc. as Vice President, Business Performance, Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. Moore is fluent in Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Maryland.
