Christopher M. T. Thompson, Chairman Chris Thompson joined the board of Ram Power Corp. as Chairman at its inception in October 2009. He is a graduate of Rhodes University (B.A.) and Bradford University School of Management Studies (M.Sc.).Mr. Thompson is the Chairman and past Chief Executive Officer of Gold Fields Limited, one of the world's largest producers of precious metals.
Hezy Ram, President, CEO and Director Hezy Ram established Ram Power, Inc. in 2008, with the goal of the company becoming a leader in the geothermal power industry. He was Executive Vice President for business development for ORMAT and is considered as a global player in the development and financing of innovative renewable power projects. He holds an MBA from Hebrew University, and a BS and M S in Mechanical Engineering, both from Ben Gurion University
Walter M. Higgins III, Director Walt Served as Chairman and CEO of Sierra Pacific Resources, now NV Energy, the electric and gas utility for most of Nevada and the Lake Tahoe region of California. He is on the board of AEGIS, a mutual insurance company, the executive advisory board of Landis+GYR LLC; trustee of the Foundation of Saint Marys Hospital of Reno, NV, and Sierra Nevada College Foundation; director, South Jersey Energy Company; Executive Committee, South Jersey Energy Solutions, LLC; Marina Energy, LLC, South Jersey Energy Service Plus, LLC and South Jersey Resources Group, LLC.

Robert R. Gilmore, Director Robbie Gilmore is an independent CPA who has served as a financial consultant to many companies. He was CFO of Next Action Corp. a private company in direct marketing for the retail industry. He has been a Director, Audit Committee Chair and member of the Compensation Committee of Global Med Technologies, Inc. and Frontera Copper Corp. Robbie is a Director of Eldorado Gold Corp.; serving as Chairman of its Audit Committee and as a member of its Compensation Committee, as well as a director of Layne Christensen Company a mineral and mining services company
Daryl S. Clark, Director Daryl is Vice President, CFO and member of the board of South Asia Energy Management Systems. A California corporation involved in the development, ownership and operation of renewable energy projects in international markets. He serves on the Board of Canadian Phoenix Resources Corp, a publicly-traded oil and gas exploration, production company in Canada. He was Vice President and CFO for Peachtree Settlement Funding a specialty factoring firm, where he was instrumental in leading it through revenues growth from $20M to $180M annually. He also was CFO for META Security Group a start-up consulting firm in Internet and Network Security. Daryl has held key leadership positions with DirecTV and Sensormatic Electronics. He has an MBA from the University of Miami and a BSChemE from the University of Florida.
Mario Arana, PhD, Honorary Director Until January of 2007, Mario Arana was the president of the Central Bank of Nicaragua. He was the minister of finance from 2005 until 2006, and from 2002 until 2004, he was the minister of economic development, industry and trade, where he successfully led the negotiations of the free trade agreement between the United States and Central America. Dr. Arana has been a leading figure of the process of regional integration in Central America and has coordinated the Presidential Commission on Competitiveness. He has been a governor for Nicaragua at the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the Inter-American Development Bank. As a minister of the technical secretary of the presidency, he coordinated the formulation and implementation of the Nicaraguan Poverty Reduction Strategy and Public Investment Planning. He has published research on macroeconomic and adjustment policies, external debt, poverty and public expenditures on social programs. He earned a PhD in economics from the University of Texas at Austin
